Start with a personalized AI-generated summary of your work: emails according to a prefined priority, tasks filtered by a due date, select project status updates – in a way you personalized these updates, notifications and status summaries for you.

GlobalContext AI can perform all kinds of operations including  intelligent mindmap and task creation, task assignment from an email, updates to an existing task or mindmap and more. The AI Chat is available across the app – with additional context awareness from knowing which item you are working on.

    The Inbox enables connecting multiple email accounts and converting isolated messages into actionable business data available for the AI Global Assistant and AI Agents. You can pin high priority messages, filter and sort by any parameter manually - and use the AI Chat for all kinds of AI enabled operations.

The current implementation is limited to working as a data source (incoming emails only), with outgoing email and connecting other data sources such as messengers in roadmap. 

Mindmaps enable an easy and intuitive way to organize and structure your data. In addition to typical text capture, GlobalContext AI mindmaps enable storing files and team notes as well as info on all related objects such as related tasks, messages and events.

Any node can be converted to a task with all typical task tracking parameters such as an assignee, due date, etc. This allows to flexibly switch between data capture and conceptualization – and task and process execution.

GlobalContext App enables task execution and orchestration, extending the business context provided in mindmaps. If a Task is created from a mindmap node, it inherits all the data from that node along with all other relationships and the context. All tasks have an assignee, a due date and a configurable status, custom tags can be added to any task too. All tasks can be viewed on the Tasks Page and managed using GlobalContext AI by parameters such as assignment, creation, specific tags, related mindmaps, and more

GlobalContext Agentic Execution Platform is built on top of an Agentic AI Framework that is pre-trained to work with the app’s key tools: messages, mindmaps, tasks, events, (workflows and projects in roadmap), teams & roles.

The training enables GlobalContext AI to operate with the business context reflected in the knowledge structures created by these tools. In addition, users can create their own AI Agents by editing mindmap-based templates to capture and modify sets of prompts as well as share them with their team members in their organization.

Organizations are used to set up your team work in a specific logical space. You can invite people to your Organization using by email. You can share mindmaps and tasks with team members of your Organization, enabling them as editors or as read-only.

Organizations have their own sets of AI Agents set up by the Organization Owner, and all AI Agents will use the organization’s common business context (your R&R) and the set of business rules within the Organization e.g. Sales, Marketing, Customer Success, Product Development, etc.
